ABOUT ME

My name is Michael Avery. I am 25 years old with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology and am currently an active substitute teacher. I have been studying and playing Overwatch since its open beta. I started coaching Esports on January 1, 2019 and it very quickly became my life’s passion and goal to be the best coach in the world. Since that fateful day I have coached 6 Overwatch teams of varying ranks and over 80 players with amazing growth from all of them.

My coaching methodology is to focus on having a deep connection with my players, and to help them not only to succeed as a player, but as a person. I focus on a player’s individual performance, teamwork skills, strategy, mentality, discipline, confidence, and communication skills. As I greatly value education and learning. I not only help my players in Esports but help them with school and higher education as well.

Q: What skill level should I choose?

A: Our skill levels are set up to give you the best experience possible. If you're at the high school level of the game, then choose high school. Same goes for if you have or want to play professional, you would choose "Professional"

Q: What should I expect from the coaching session?

A: Our coaches will perform VOD reviews and give pointers based on what they see. Our intent is to raise your skill level from wherever you are at.
